Through engaging monthly workshops, interactive discussions, and fireside chats with cybersecurity professionals, participants gain a realistic understanding of the profession and the many pathways available within it.

Cybersecurity is more than a collection of technical roles—it's a diverse profession with opportunities across technology, risk management, governance, privacy, engineering, leadership, consulting, and more. MiC LEAD Aspirers™ helps participants explore these career paths while identifying how their interests, strengths, and experiences align with opportunities in the field.

More importantly, participants begin building the professional foundation needed for long-term success by connecting with mentors, industry professionals, and a supportive cybersecurity community.
