The MiC LEAD Aspirers™ series is designed for students, recent graduates, and professionals exploring their first step into the cybersecurity field. Through interactive, hour-long monthly workshops, discussions, and fireside chats, participants gain exposure to the many career paths within cybersecurity and discover the best routes to entry based on their goals and skills.

Our mission is to help aspiring professionals understand not just what roles exist—but how to align their strengths, interests, and experiences with the opportunities that fit them best.

The cybersecurity landscape is vast and dynamic, and awareness is the first step toward leadership. That’s why MiC LEAD Aspirers™ programming is made broadly accessible: all live sessions are streamed and later available on our YouTube channel, ensuring anyone interested in learning about cybersecurity can take their first step toward a meaningful career.
